Bill Hinkle serves as Co-Chair of California Sister Cities and is President Emeritus of Sister Cities International Northern California Chapter. He served as president of the Northern California Chapter of SCI for eight years ( 2014-2022). Prior to 2014, Mr. Hinkle served as President of NorCal SCI for three years from 2007-2010. He has been active with the Lodi Sister City Committee since 1978 and served as president for a number of years. Mr. Hinkle has a long career in municipal government in which he also served as the City of Lodi, California Liaison between the Lodi City Council and its two Sister Cities  Lodi, Italy and Kofu, Japan.
