Brenda Brumfield is on the Board of Directors of California Sister Cities, Sister Cities International Northern California Chapter, and the Vallejo Sister City Association. She also serves as the Northern California State Coordinator for Sister Cities International, President of the African Trade Show, and an Honorary Board Member of the Bay Area World Trade Center. Holding an MA degree in Educational Leadership from St. Mary’s College and an MA degree in Educational Psychology from Wichita State University, Brenda is an administrative leader with expertise in public schools, community service, and international organizations. She is interested in establishing and cultivating international relationships with agencies promoting services geared toward facilitating training and utilization of resources internationally for at-risk and special needs individuals and youth.
