Olivia Manning is a student at South High School in Torrance, California where she enjoys both academics and extracurriculars. Olivia’s love for politics and enjoyment of civil service has drawn her to many of her favorite activities: speech and debate, work with her city council, and her involvement with Sister Cities. As she is the High School Chair of the 2023/2024 California Youth Leadership Summit, she hopes to continue her work with Sister Cities in the future and foster change in her community as a public official.
